ow to Order
Firstly, download our order form, which is in Microsoft Word format. Tessie Cards Order Form
If you don't have Microsoft Word, you can download Microsoft Word Viewer. This will let you read and print the document, but not edit it. Alternatively, view it here, this link opens in a new window.
Don't worry if you wish to order via email and don't have MS Word, still send your order to tessiecards@googlemail.com, just include the details required on the form. See this example. However,if you do have Word, it would be incredibly useful to have any orders sent as attachments on the form.
Tessie will not pass on any of your details to third parties or the like.
When we receive your order, we will look through to check that all the information we need is there and then send you an order confirmation email. If you are paying via Paypal, I will also send you a Paypal invoice. When payment is received, and cheques have cleared, your Tessie items will be dispatched.

ow to Pay
1. Personal Cheque All cheques should be made payable to "Helen Ford" and goods will be send when the cheque has cleared.
2. Paypal Paypal payments should be made once I have confirmed all products are available, at this point I will send you an invoice.
3. Postal order
We will ship items to the rest of the world, shortly we will have details of postage on the site.
As previously stated, please wait for confirmation of your order before sending any payment.
Postage
Please use the below guide to select your postage price:
1 Tessie Card or 1 Tessie Tassel Set - Postage is £0.70
2 to 4 Tessie Cards - Postage is £1.00
Upto 2 Tessie Cards and 1 Tessie Tassel Set - Postage is £1.00
5 to 10 Tessie Cards (You can also include upto 2 Tessie Tassel Sets) - Postage is £2.00
Upto 2 Snuggle Snoods - Postage is £2.00
1 Snuggle Snood plus 2 small items (ie tassels and cards) - Postage is £2.00
1 Snuggle Snood plus upto 3 to 5 small items - Postage is £3.00
Collars (this can also include a Tessie Tassel Set) - Postage is £1.50
