Order
You can order any Tessie product by email or by post.

Attach your order form to an email and send it to us at tessiecards@googlemail.com or print it off and post to us (our address is listed on the order form).
When we receive your order, we will look through to check that all the information we require is available, and then send you an order confirmation email. When payment is received, and cheques have cleared, your Tessie items will be dispatched.
How to Pay
We can accept:
- Personal Cheque: Please make all cheques payable to "Helen Ford" and send with an order form through the post, even if you have spoken to me via email.
- Paypal: I will send a PayPal invoice along with confirmation of your order.
- Postal Order
Postage/Shipping
Postage to any address in the mainland UK varies between £0.70 - £3.00 depending on the item(s) you are ordering. Our Rough Guide to Postage is below.
- 2x Cards/Tassels: P&P £0.70
- 2x Cards/Tassels: P&P £1.00
- 1x Collar: P&P £1.50 (can include a Tassel)
- 1x Snood: P&P £2.00 (can include a Tassel)
- 1x Snood + 2xCards + 2xTassels: P&P £3.00
If you are unsure of postage costs, please get in touch and we will endeavour to confirm the correct P&P.
